This policy explains what MailGX processes to deliver disposable email inboxes, how temp mail content is retained, and how operational data supports security and reliability.
MailGX processes the mailbox addresses you create, the messages delivered to those inboxes, and the operational metadata needed to display and manage the service. If you register for a premium account, we may also process account credentials, API keys, billing details, and subscription state.
We may collect routine technical data such as IP addresses, request logs, browser information, and rate-limit events to keep the service stable and secure.
Messages sent to free disposable mailboxes are stored only for the retention window offered by the product. Because temp mail is designed for convenience and spam protection, you should not send or expect highly sensitive information through free ephemeral inboxes.
Premium mailboxes may retain content longer based on plan limits, but all users should manage their own exports and delete data they no longer need.
We use service data to deliver inbox functionality, prevent abuse, troubleshoot reliability problems, enforce usage limits, and improve product performance. Account information is used to authenticate users and provide premium features such as API access or longer-lived inboxes.
We do not publish the contents of private user data for advertising purposes. Operational sharing may occur with infrastructure, analytics, or payment providers only when necessary to run the platform.
Free mailbox data is removed automatically according to the product retention policy. Premium account data may remain for a reasonable period needed for billing, security, dispute handling, or legal compliance.
Where practical, we delete or anonymize information when it is no longer necessary for service delivery or operational protection.
We use reasonable administrative and technical controls to protect MailGX systems, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for choosing how you use temporary email and what information you expose through it.
We may update this privacy policy when product behavior, infrastructure, or legal obligations change. Continued use after an update means the revised policy applies going forward.
