These terms explain how MailGX disposable email services may be used, what premium access includes, and the responsibilities that apply when you create temp inboxes through the platform.
MailGX provides temporary email inboxes for testing, signups, verification flows, product research, and short-term communication. Free mailboxes are disposable by design and may expire automatically after the retention period shown inside the product.
Premium features may include longer retention, account-backed access, reply capability, API support, and custom domain tools. Service features can evolve over time as the platform improves.
You may not use MailGX for fraud, harassment, phishing, malware delivery, credential abuse, illegal distribution, or any activity that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
We may block addresses, domains, IPs, or accounts that create operational abuse, excessive automation, security risk, or harmful traffic patterns. Temporary email is for privacy and convenience, not for evading lawful platform controls.
Free mailboxes are ephemeral and should not be treated as permanent storage. Messages can expire, rotate, or be removed automatically based on plan limits, system cleanup, or product rules.
If you need long-term access to inbox history, use a premium plan and export or manage your data proactively. You remain responsible for any information you choose to receive through the service.
Premium access may require account registration, payment, and ongoing subscription status. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable after service delivery begins or premium access has been activated.
MailGX is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, delivery speed, mailbox persistence, or compatibility with every third-party website or sender.
We may suspend or terminate access when use creates security, abuse, legal, or infrastructure risk. We may also update these terms when the service, legal requirements, or product features change.
By continuing to use MailGX after an update becomes effective, you agree to the revised terms.
